This page explains what StoreOptimizer collects when you use storeoptimizer.app and what we do with it. We collect the minimum needed to run the service.

What we collect

Free preview: the app store link or screenshots you submit, used only to render your preview. No signup, no account, no email required.
Account (paid plans): your email address, collected through Supabase authentication when you sign in.
Generated sets: the screenshots you upload or your app's store listing, the settings you choose (template, device, palette) and the rendered output files, so a paid plan can list and redeliver your past sets.
Billing: handled entirely by Paddle.com, our payment provider. We receive your subscription status and plan from Paddle. We never receive or store your card number.
Basic usage: which templates and device sizes get used, so we can improve the product. No third party ad tracking or analytics network.

Cookies and local storage

The site stores a light or dark theme preference in your browser's local storage. Signed in sessions use a Supabase authentication token stored locally so you stay signed in. No advertising cookies.

Who we share data with

Only the providers that run the service: Supabase (authentication and data storage) and Paddle (payment processing, and merchant of record for your subscription). We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

How long we keep it

Account data and generated sets are kept while your account exists so paid plans can access their history. Free preview submissions are not stored beyond generating the preview. You can request deletion at any time, see Contact below.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, export or delete your data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your stored generated sets and account email from our systems, subject to what Paddle retains for billing and tax records under its own policy.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above.
